– Constitution of Internal Committee (IC) to handle

-Annual return to authorities.
3 Policy Coverage -Must clearly specify the objective / purpose
-clearly state its scope
– other terms like definition, role and
responsibilities should be clearly specified. – Procedures to deal with complaints as well as
disciplinary action/ Compensation etc. – Right to Appeal -Confidentiality provision
4 Internal Committee (IC) Appointment of Presiding officer, employee
members and external members.
Note: at least half of the members of IC must be
female.
5 Awareness Mostly conducted through by way of classroom
sessions and E- learning modes.
6 Compliance Annual Report to the respective District officer,
with relevant information like number of
complaints received, action taken, pending
(particularly beyond 90 days), awareness
activities etc.
