Mr. Atul Kumar, founder of Kumar & Kumar Legal (KNK Legal) is well-qualified lawyer having his Commerce & Law Degree from the prestigious Delhi University. He is having more than 20 years of vast experience including working as an ex-Partner (Designate) with Rank 1 law firm in India. His core areas of practice involve Litigation/ Arbitration, opinion (related to regulatory bodies like NPPA, GST, CDSCO, FDA ETC.), Contracts (drafting and advising for its interpretation and implementation), employment related matters, other advisory and legal strategy planning, legal documentation, statutory compliances, legal training etc.
Beside above, he also possesses good understanding of legal issues in Multinational Environment and Comprehensive understanding of civil laws, commercial laws, corporate law, Insolvency act as well as adept at drafting, vetting, preparing complex agreements including those having international implications, MOU’s, JV, lease deed, giving opinion on various complex topics including issues related to Pharma industry , commercial laws, Business acquisitions, M&A, Integration of Business, special enactments/law etc.
So far, he has successfully handled various assignments for various sectors like Pharmaceutical, Medical devices, Power, Coal, Infrastructure, logistics, IT, Oil and Gas, Construction etc. and adroit at handling civil matters, recovery matters, company law matters, labor law & industrial relation matters, international trade and litigation /arbitration /conciliation matters. In his experience he had successfully applied alternate disputes redressal mechanism to achieve amicable settlements as well.
Actively, supporting various Start-up including IT enable App enterprises by advising & developing various requisite business documents for them such as Term of use, Privacy Policy, HR polices etc.
