Primarily involves preparation of legal risk analysis report based upon various Legal aspects of Contract Management as applicable to Commercial contracts (i.e. review of Contracts including complex tenders/ bids –Government / Non-Government, national /international contracts, vetting of various back to back documents, suggesting steps for mitigation of risk, strategy formulation for negotiation and representing during negotiations etc.), specialization in EPC and other international complex ( back to back ) agreements , for various Pharma clients successfully drafted and implemented various agreements related to private label, P2P , raw material purchase , distributorship, C&F appointment , E- pharma, GeM etc.
